Chris is Claire's older brother; the pair lost their parents at a young age and have fought hard to remain together threw the legal system since their deaths. So far, so good, but Chris doesn't trust it to start that way - currently, he is in legal workings to become a 'emancipated minor' so that he can become his sister's legal guardian. Ultimately, he plans to go into Military service in a attempt to put his sister threw college.
